Saints Row has just received its previously announced 'Bright Future' update, which has a heavy focus on fixing bugs, improving performance, and rebalancing numerous gameplay mechanics. It's available to download now, and the patch notes are hefty.

"The Bright Future Update is our first major release since launch and we’ve taken the time to pack in as many fixes and improvements as we could," reads the official blog post. This patch is set to lay the groundwork for new content, which will be deployed in future updates, alongside DLC releases.
