Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg Announced for Western Release on PS5, PS4

Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg is a remake of the first game in the long-running Atelier series of JRPGs, and it's coming to the West on PS5 and PS4 in Summer.

Originally released only in Japan on PS1 and Sega Saturn in 1997, Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg tells the story of the titular Marie. Marie is a struggling alchemy student who is thrown a lifeline when a teacher allows her the use of a workshop (atelier), provided she creates something extraordinary and is given a five-year deadline by which to do so.
